Automate Accommodation seamlessly connects cloud software, like your property and revenue management systems, to keyless locks and automated customer communications, enabling a comprehensive, AI-powered and automated hotel management suite.  

STEP 1

Guest makes an online booking:

They can do this direct on your website or through sites such as booking.com. ​

STEP 2

2 days before arrival:

Guests get automated communications via email and SMS explaining the check-in process. They’re provided with a number to call if support is required. 

STEP 3

Booking Confirmed (Self-Action or Automate):

Manager confirms booking and payment details and does a manual ‘drag and drop’ of the booking file into Automate Accommodation.  

This step can be fully automated

STEP 4

Automate Accommodation Activated:

When the booking hits Automate Accommodation, the process of communicating with guests and sending data to the locks is triggered. 

STEP 5

Keyless Locks Receive Booking Data:

They don’t just look great, these smart locks enhance security and eliminate plastic cards, lost keys and the need for a staffed front desk! ​

STEP 6

Automated Guest Communications:

All guest communications are taken care of, with personalised SMS and email messages 
sent before, during and after a guest’s stay. 

FOR GUESTS

This journey can be customised according to how you want to run your business and communicate with guests... 

STEP 1

Booking made: 

Guests book your hotel or motel online and receive a confirmation email from Little Hotelier PMS. 

STEP 2

2 days before arrival:

Guests get automated communications via email and SMS explaining the check-in process. They’re provided with a number to call if support is required. 

STEP 3

Day before check-in: 

Guest receives SMS and email with their allocated room number and PIN code. Communications also confirm check-in/out times and dates of stay. 

STEP 4

Day of arrival:

Guest receives a reminder SMS and email with their room number and PIN code.  

STEP 5

Guest arrival:

Upon arrival, guests make their own way to their allocated room, enter their PIN and relax! 

STEP 6

2 days after check-out:

Guest receives a post-departure email. They're invited to take a survey and offered a direct booking discount for future stays. 

AUTOMATE ACCOMMODATION ALSO SUPPORTS LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS

Our technology listens out for last minute bookings made online. A guests booking and payment details are automatically confirmed and sent to Automate Accommodation in real time. A unique PIN code is sent to the guest via SMS and email, and to their allocated room’s lock. From booking to check-in ready in under 2 minutes, while the manager doesn’t have to lift a finger!
